As per our Service Agreement, all surveillance footage and business information are treated as strictly confidential. Footage is accessed only by authorized personnel in our secure monitoring centers.
We maintain video records for a specific retention duration as agreed in the service contract. This ensures that historical data is available for investigation if a security breach occurs. Once the retention period expires, data is securely overwritten or deleted unless a manual hold is requested for legal proceedings.

The client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any system login credentials provided. Any access through these credentials will be logged and monitored for security purposes.
